Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• It must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Perishable, personal care, and customized items are not eligible.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status. If approved:

• Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Prepaid but unshipped orders are eligible for full refund upon cancellation.
• Refunds will not be given for damaged or used returns (unless received in that condition).

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank or payment provider again.
• Contact your credit card company—it may take some time.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. After shipping, you must use the return process.

For urgent cancellations, please contact us immediately.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share photo/video evidence and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra charge.
